Just wondering who all here be lifting weights, and how often? I work out no less then 5 days weekly. Tryin to get my bro to work out with me (I won't say his name ok VP, LOL) But nah, it's a job in itself, and hella hard at times to maintain doing so, and still keeping a regular schedul in my personal life as well.
