Just wanted to give my review on these pills since there is such a big hype on them. I've actually been on these for a lil bit, and I can't say one thing bad about it. Well...the ONLY thing I guess is the amount of pills you take daily which is 2 pills 4 times a day on training days. But other then that, I've increased pretty good in strength with this, and I think I'm gonna stick wit it for another bottle or so. I have not felt any bothersome side affects mentally or physically. I'd say if you were lookin for a supp to help your strength, I'd say to try this sup out for sure!!!
