Louisiana/Lake Charles Trip In November

Ok peeps, some of ya'll know my BigBro is out in training for a couple of months in Louisiana before he is shipped out to Iraq, about an hour away from Lake Charles. Well, he's coming up on another 4 day weekend, and of course, he would love to get the hell away from that Military Base for a few for some R&R. On November 11, and November 12, we're planning on going to Isle of Capri Casino Hotel for those two days, and just chill out, and enjoy! The dates aren't solid as of right now, but it's the best dates to save as much $ as possible. The total for a room with two beds, and a sofa, is around $238.

Me and my bro already stayed here a few weeks back, and trust me, the room is a good deal! I did some homework on other Casino/Hotels and honestly to me, this is the best one for the price. The other ones have the two beds, and no sofa, for a higher price! So I think if we do go, this will be the best bet again.
I need to talk with my bro more to get some solid plans, but just wanted to post this up to see if anyone is interested in chillin as well. Our room will be already full with myself, my bro, and I think one of his soldiers as well. But lemme know if you're interested. If Nov 11, 12 is the solid dates, then I will be taking off of work on Friday, and I will be leaving right after work at 4pm on Thurday to pick up my bro, and then off to the telly ya! So ish, let's do this, and spend some time with my BigBro before they ship him out to fawkin bullshit ya!!

Hey bro have you looked at the Lauberge du lac. This place is hella nice. the rate with AAA for nov 10 and 11 is 116.00. Fri is 159.00 plus tax. but this place is sick! check it out.

Yea I checked it out as well. Didn't feel the room. And yea, more then likely the dates will be on the 11th, and 12th (Thurs, Frid) So Friday's rates are usually higher at all of the tellys.
